"Participating companies to receive 10 trillion KRW in financial support over five years... CEO Byengdong Youn: 'Supporting ecosystem revitalization with the digital solution guardione'"
Industrial AI-based predictive diagnosis solution startup onepredict (CEO Byengdong Youn) announced on the 24th that it has joined the AI Autonomous Manufacturing Alliance led by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
On the 22nd, the launch ceremony for the AI Autonomous Manufacturing Alliance was held at the International Conference Hall of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The alliance was established with the goal of leading the core policies of the “AI Autonomous Manufacturing Strategy” and promoting the adoption of AI autonomous manufacturing in production sites.
onepredict is a leading company in the field of PdM (Predictive Maintenance) based on industrial AI technology. Leveraging its digital solution guardione, which diagnoses, predicts, and manages equipment conditions by combining AI with domain expertise, the company supports digital transformation and quality management in industrial sites.

The guardione solution uses AI algorithms based on big data to accurately analyze and diagnose equipment in the manufacturing industry. It visualizes equipment monitoring results through an intuitive dashboard, enabling on-site personnel to easily check and manage equipment conditions. This helps reduce industrial accidents caused by equipment failures and improve productivity. In recognition of its outstanding technological capabilities, guardione has been certified with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s New Excellent Technology (NET) designation and designated as an Excellent R&D Innovative Product by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
Byengdong Youn, CEO of onepredict, said, “By joining the AI Autonomous Manufacturing Alliance, we will support the AX (Artificial Intelligence Transformation) of Korea’s manufacturing industry and take the lead in revitalizing the ecosystem through active cooperation and solidarity.” A total of 153 companies and organizations from 12 industries are participating in the alliance. For AI autonomous manufacturing projects promoted by alliance participants, the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation will provide financial support totaling 10 trillion KRW over five years.
This year, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy plans to select about 20 leading autonomous manufacturing projects and support AI autonomous manufacturing investments totaling 2.5 trillion KRW from both the public and private sectors. Based on the data accumulated from these projects, the ministry will establish and disseminate best practices and standard models for each industry sector.
