Forbes Korea met with Byengdong Youn, CEO of onepredict, a provider of industrial AI-based predictive maintenance solutions.

While serving as a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University, CEO Youn also leads the AI startup onepredict. He proposes the company’s guardione solutions as a way to manage manufacturing processes more efficiently and improve operational effectiveness across various industries, including energy, manufacturing, petrochemicals, and power generation. In particular, guardione® pdx is a solution that can dramatically improve the equipment inspection process in industrial sites, which has traditionally relied on manual work.
