onepredict has showcased its next-generation industrial AI platform under its new brand tagline, an 'AI Factory Company.' onepredict is participating in the '1st Industrial AI Expo,' held from September 3 to 5 at the COEX Magok Convention Center, to unveil its flagship solutions and industrial AI operating system. This exhibition holds significant meaning as it serves as the first stage for the company to officially position itself as a specialized autonomous manufacturing AI enterprise.
The core highlights revealed at this exhibition are the industrial AI operating system 'ai factory os' and its components: the manufacturing data platform 'cyclone' and the equipment/process-level performance management platform 'guardione pdx'. 'cyclone' is a foundational platform that collects, refines, and manages large-scale data generated at manufacturing sites, supporting data capitalization and AI model operations. 'guardione pdx' is an integrated platform that diagnoses and predicts the overall condition of equipment and processes, executing both Predictive Maintenance and Predictive Quality simultaneously. This has already been proven across various industrial sites.
Through the ai factory os, onepredict has put forward a strategy to provide an intelligent operating system that encompasses the entire factory, moving beyond single-equipment monitoring. With 'cyclone' and 'pdx' serving as the core pillars of this platform, it is structured to expand the autonomous manufacturing AI ecosystem based on data management and equipment/process prediction. Moving forward, the company plans to release specialized applications such as AI-MMS, AI-MES, and AI-FEMS in phases to support specific objectives like optimizing equipment maintenance, optimizing production schedules, and reducing energy and carbon emissions. These will function as individual apps running on the OS and are expected to drive tangible changes across manufacturing sites.

On September 3, the first day of the exhibition, onepredict was selected as a corporate winner at the '2025 Commendation for Promoting Industrial Digital Transformation and AI Utilization,' hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE). This recognition of its accumulated industrial AI technological prowess and digital transformation achievements once again proves onepredict's prominent stature within the industry.
"This exhibition marks the first stage for onepredict to firmly establish itself as 'Korea's leading AI Factory Company,'" said Min-seok Sung, Vice President of onepredict. "Centered around cyclone and pdx, we will realize innovation through autonomous manufacturing AI at manufacturing sites worldwide and contribute to building a sustainable future industrial ecosystem."
Meanwhile, onepredict is a company that minimizes downtime caused by equipment failures by diagnosing and predicting the condition of major assets in the energy, utility, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries based on industrial AI and IoT technologies. By combining its proprietary AI algorithms with domain expertise, the company is evolving beyond predictive maintenance solutions into a specialized autonomous manufacturing AI enterprise, centered around the 'guardione' series and the 'ai factory os.'
