In this project, onepredict will be in charge of the architecture design and industrial on-site demonstration of a Manufacturing Foundation Model (MFM). Through this, the company is expected to solidify its position as a key technology provider driving the national-level transition toward software-defined manufacturing (SDM).
Accelerating Manufacturing Innovation through Industrial AI Foundation Model
onepredict holds top-tier technological capabilities in South Korea's AI model sector, particularly in proactively detecting anomalies in manufacturing equipment and implementing predictive maintenance through its flagship solution, 'guardione'.
In particular, the 'oneSolution' technology applied to 'guardione' pre-trains on vast amounts of industrial data, enabling the AI model to autonomously adapt (adaptability) and expand (scalability) across diverse processes and equipment environments.
Furthermore, onepredict is currently developing a specialized Manufacturing Foundation Model (MFM). This model is highly evaluated as an immediately deployable industrial AI model in real factory environments, addressing the data quality limitations at manufacturing sites and the fragmented nature of industry-specific domain expertise.
Leading Core Design of SDM Platform and Data Management Technologies onepredict takes on two primary roles in this national initiative.
First, the company will design the architecture and backbone structure of the manufacturing AI model, establishing a foundation to integrate and analyze diverse industrial data. This will realize an autonomous AI framework capable of automatically analyzing and resolving issues for each manufacturing process.
Second, onepredict will provide technologies to build, manage, and operate large-scale industrial datasets for AI training. 'cyclone' is an integrated platform that manages data collection, analysis, training, and operation in a unified workflow, supporting a seamless management system from AI model development to on-site deployment.
Verifying SDM Transition Effects through Semiconductor OHT Demonstratio
Beyond technology design, onepredict is also participating as the lead organization for the project titled, 'Establishment of an MFM-based SDM Demonstration Testbed Utilizing Semiconductor Industry Data.'
This project is a demonstration initiative aimed at verifying performance in an actual process environment by applying the AI model to an Overhead Hoist Transport (OHT) system within a semiconductor production line. Through this, the company plans to confirm the productivity enhancements and autonomous operation effects of SDM-based manufacturing systems.
