This account is an eco-friendly comprehensive energy company engaged in collective energy business operations. They supply heat and energy through cogeneration in an industrial complex and operate a solar power generation business overseas.


Challenge

 The pressurization plants are crucial facilities at the customer's site, housing numerous operational motors. These plants are situated far from the central power plant, making them unmanned and requiring remote management. 


Consequently, there was a strong demand for a solution that could enable continuous remote monitoring of multiple remote facilities with ease and convenience.


Project

To address the requirement for remote motor management, guardione® motor was implemented as a solution.



1. Motor diagnosis consulting was conducted, encompassing discussions on the analysis principles of Guardione Motor, system configuration diagrams, and proposals for hardware installation.


2. Following the installation of the hardware, approximately two weeks were dedicated to data learning and modeling.


3. Motor trend observation and frequency analysis were carried out using the acquired algorithm, and the resulting diagnosis outcomes were shared.




Result

1. Guardione® Motor facilitated the digital transformation (DX) of major utility facility management, revolutionizing the way these facilities are managed and maintained.


2. The implementation of guardione® motor as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system allowed for efficient and timely communication with customers, making it the optimal solution for enhanced facility management.
