Having recently implemented the industrial AI-based equipment predictive diagnosis solution guardione® turbo for large rotating machinery at GS Caltex’s Yeosu plant, a leader in Korea’s refining and chemical industries, onepredict will, through Korea’s largest “Smart Factory + Automation World 2024 (AW 2024)” to be held from the 27th, expand the market for its digital predictive maintenance solution lineup, guardione.
guardione is a family of predictive maintenance solutions developed in-house by onepredict that applies proprietary industrial AI to analyze industrial equipment data and continuously diagnose and manage equipment health.
It consists of guardione® motor, a comprehensive management solution that diagnoses motor faults by analyzing current data with proprietary algorithms; guardione substation, a transformer failure predictive diagnosis solution that improves accuracy through the analysis of hundreds of thousands of big data cases; and guardione® turbo, a deep learning–based turbo machinery diagnostic solution that utilizes both vibration and operational parameter data.
guardione minimizes unexpected downtime caused by unforeseen equipment failures and can dramatically reduce operation and maintenance management costs. In particular, guardione® motor leads the current-based motor diagnostic solution market with features such as a dashboard for monitoring more than 1,000 motors and achieving more than 50% reduction in operating costs.
guardione substation utilizes Korea’s largest dataset of 140,000 cases to deliver 98% diagnostic accuracy and 87% prediction accuracy. Designated as an Excellent R&D Innovative Product by the Ministry of Science and ICT in recognition of its technological innovation, guardione® turbo helps reduce costs associated with unexpected breakdowns when introduced.
Currently, onepredict is targeting the domestic and global predictive maintenance markets in energy, plant, power generation, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors, highlighting its competitiveness beyond traditional predictive maintenance technologies and its ease of use across various industrial sites. As part of this, onepredict will participate in AW 2024 with the largest scale among Korean startups to raise brand awareness and secure new customers.

This solution manages the entire production process along with predictive maintenance, and by utilizing and developing data from hundreds of user cases, is expected to bring new innovation to the manufacturing industry, according to onepredict.
