3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Collected
Collected personal information is retained and used until the onepredict user requests its deletion.
However, if the information must be preserved in accordance with relevant laws and regulations even after a user's deletion request, it will be retained for the period specified by the respective laws and regulations.
4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, onepredict destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved or the retention period has expired. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows:
(1) Destruction Procedure
For collected personal information, once the purpose of collection or use is achieved or the retention period expires, the corresponding information is destroyed without delay. onepredict destroys information immediately when there is an explicit destruction request from the user.
However, information that must be retained in accordance with this policy or relevant laws and regulations will be stored for the period specified by law and then destroyed. In this case, the stored personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those prescribed by law.
(2) Destruction Method
Personal information registered in onepredict that is in the form of electronic files is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery or regeneration. Other records, printouts, and documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.
5. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information
onepredict takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure safety:

(4) Retention of Access Records and Prevention of Forgery or Alteration
We retain and manage logs of access to the personal information processing system (web logs, summary information, etc.) for at least two years, and utilize security functions to prevent access records from being forged, altered, stolen, or lost.
(5) Encryption of Personal Information
The user's personal information is stored and managed in an encrypted form. In addition, critical data is encrypted during storage and transmission, utilizing separate security features.
(6) Technical Countermeasures Against Hacking, etc.
To prevent personal information leakage and damage caused by hacking or computer viruses, onepredict installs security programs, performs periodic updates and inspections, installs systems in areas with controlled access from the outside, and monitors and blocks them technically and physically. We also control network traffic (Monitoring) and detect attempts to illegally alter information.
(7) Access Control for Unauthorized Persons
We have a separate physical storage location for the personal information system housing personal information, and establish and operate access control procedures for it.
However, while onepredict takes reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, internet transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.
6. Rights of Users and Methods of Exercising Them
onepredict users can access or correct their registered personal information at any time.
onepredict processes deleted personal information in accordance with what is specified in the "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information" and ensures that it cannot be accessed or used for any other purposes.
7. Matters Concerning the Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
onepredict installs and operates devices that automatically collect personal information, such as 'cookies', which store and retrieve user information from time to time. A cookie is a very small text file sent to the user's browser by the server used to operate onepredict's website, and is stored on the user's computer hard disk. onepredict uses cookies for the following purposes:
