FAQ

GUARDIONE® TURBO diagnoses the condition of rotating equipment such as generators, gas turbines, steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, centrifugal pumps, and centrifugal fans.

Vibration and operational data are obtained from the Vibration Monitoring System (VMS) and Distributed Control System (DCS) used by the customer. As there is no need to install additional sensors, the implementation process is relatively simple.

GUARDIONE® TURBO enables easy equipment management by comparing and monitoring vibration and operational data simultaneously in a single solution.

GUARDIONE® TURBO has formalized the knowledge and expertise of specialized analysists in large rotating machinery and vibration experts. 

Therefore, it automates a significant portion of the vibration expert’s domain and provides comprehensive diagnostic results.

GUARDIONE® TURBO only retirieves data from the customer’s VMS database and does not modify the database itself.

Therfore, there is no risk of any issues arising with the VMS.

GUARDIONE® TURBO generates alarms based on amplitude, resulting in a very low frequency of false alarms.
