01 Client

The client is an eco-friendly integrated energy company engaged in district energy services—supplying heat and power through cogeneration plants in industrial complexes—as well as overseas solar power generation projects.





02 Background

Because the booster stations operating multiple motors were located far from the main power generation facility where operators were stationed, they were all managed unmanned. As a result, there was a growing need for a solution that could easily and continuously monitor multiple remote facilities in real-time.


03 Issue

The client, who had a need for a remote motor management solution, proceeded with the following steps after consulting with onepredict, the provider of guardione® motor:

1. Introduced the diagnostic principles and system configuration of guardione® motor and provided motor diagnostics consulting

2. Performed about two weeks of data learning and modeling after hardware installation

3. Shared diagnosis results by monitoring motor trends and conducting frequency analysis with the trained algorithm

04 Result

1. Achieved Digital Transformation (DX) in managing key utility equipment.

2. Adopted as the optimal solution for more efficient equipment management through real-time communication with clients via SaaS.
