guardione® pdx detected the abnormal equipment condition and immediately issued an alert through TechCell characteristic indicators and its anomaly detection algorithm. During the 11 days of abnormal operation, it once again signaled that the root cause had not been resolved through maintenance effectiveness verification. After secondary maintenance, the equipment indicators were normalized.

This demonstrated the precise anomaly detection capabilities of guardione® pdx. The client evaluated that if guardione® pdx had been actively utilized, it could have prevented the increase in idle rate and avoided over $100,000 in losses caused by the process down (PD). This became the turning point for the client to globally expand the adoption of guardione® pdx.
